The Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership (GeCIP) community was created to be a thriving, sustainable environment for researchers and clinical (NHS) disease experts and trainees. This community will analyse and constantly refine the clinical interpretation of the 100,000 Genomes Project dataset. There are three overarching aims of the GeCIP community:

To successfully persue these aims requires dedicated support infastructure, and the develpment and implementation of processes, policies and guidance surrounding all aspects of the 100,000 Genomes Project, The Project dataset and GeCIP.
